As a Consulting User Experience Researcher, Ryan supports and develops Equity Accelerator’s research infrastructure for rapid-cycle, continuous improvement of equitable experiences and outcomes in the court system. He is instrumental in developing and managing Equity Accelerator’s digital experience sampling tool for court users. He cherishes the opportunity as a data analyst to offer empirical insights about equity and justice. Ryan is passionate about Equity Accelerator’s mission to strengthen people-centered justice, give voice to self-represented litigants, and design equity-enhancing tools and interventions in partnerships with judicial administrators and leaders.

Ryan received his B.S. in Psychology from SUNY Brockport and his Ph.D. in Social-Personality Psychology from UC Davis. Away from his desk, you can find Ryan running or hiking, likely with his partner and dog, while listening to a basketball analytics podcast.
