Anna-Ruth Beckman is the Principal Consultant at EA, where she leads and manages a portfolio of consulting and advising engagements. Her background in organization development encompasses organization change, strategic planning, and leadership and team development. She has over 12 years of experience working with various organizations, including federal and state governments, associations, and for-profit companies. Her multicultural background has fostered a passion and commitment to creating inclusive and equitable learning and working environments for everyone. Anna-Ruth earned her B.S. in Business Management from George Mason University and a M.S. in Organization Development from American University. She is also a certified coach and was the recipient of the 2017 Nextgov/FCW Rising Star Award. Outside of work, Anna-Ruth enjoys teaching movement classes, exploring creative outlets, and spending time with her community.
