Stephanie Schacht (she/they) works on Growth and Partnerships at EA. An organizational and cultural sociologist by training, Stephanie holds a PhD from Princeton University and a BA from Vanderbilt University, and has built a career spanning higher education, nonprofits, and the private sector (from high tech growth companies and BCorps to large global institutions). She has led people and projects at organizations including Equity Accelerator, Etsy, Honor, findhelp, and Fidelity Investments. She is also a certified HR practitioner (SHRM-CP) and an experienced facilitator and instructor at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Outside of work, Stephanie is active in grassroots organizations in the US South, where she lives. She is an avid world traveler, a local dinner party host, and a committed parent learning every day from the wisdom of the young people in her midst.
